  1. There's nothing more that I dislike than changing out a delivery door. The machine's parts manual would be your best friend for things like this, if you don't have the manual, do a Google search, you'll find it.
  2. On a side note, guys like lacanteen make this form well worth a donation to this forum. I have gotten a vast amount of information, and entertainment that is priceless. I think i'll make a donation today. Thanks.
  3. I need to change some eproms to upgrade to card readers. What is that going to entail? Reprogramming the entire machine? Losing lifetime data? No matter what, I'm going to have to do it, I was just curious? Thanks

  5. The website is @ inonetechnology.com. You deal directly with them, they run about $1000. I emailed them and got a quick response. I just don't have enough information to make a good choice, though a lot of vendors seem to like inone's boards, and such.
  6. Kind of wondering if anybody has experience with both doors, and can give feedback about how they would roll if they could do it over. I've got some machines I'd like to upgrade, or if not worth it, totally eliminate. Thanks.
  7. I have a couple of those machines, and every once in a while, for some reason, a selection will not work. The scrolling message will say "make another selection." I have found that when I reprogram the price for the selection, the problem is solved. I do not have the door switch problem to deal with. Maybe that will help after you're able to access the service mode.

  11. I've bought machines without the keys before, and for $75 had a mobile locksmith open them. Most of the time without drilling out the lock, and without all the ancillary damages to the machines. A whole lot less stressful.
  12. Have you assigned a price to each selection? If not, you will be asked to make another selection .
  13. I've had the same problem, and resolved it in the same manner as you. I believe it was due to a power surge after a power outage.
  14. Freebies went the way of Obama and Clinton. I give here and there, but it is mostly predicated upon the receivers attitude. However, I always make sure the person who is in charge of the account receives some love, since I don't pay commissions, as a token of my appreciation. Most of the time, that person passes on the offer, but I think they just appreciate the thought.
  15. I have a location that owns the machines and I service them. I give them a small rental fee, and handle the repairs and maintenence of the machines. Other than the rental fee, I keep all money. This account has 10 machines, and they are happy because their 2500 employees are happy. I am very happy and could not ask for a better group of people to work with. It is truly a win-win situation.
