there are no golden machines, buy what you can use, and what you can repair quickly, some people like vendo, some dixie, some royal, and like me back in the day seaga, choose wisely as they are not easy to move, and should be easy to repair, make sure parts are available, i have since then switched to USI Vendo Royal Dixie

its not a bracket, its a plastic piece that goes in the back, you have to take out everything from the back and put it onto the new piece, btw, get extras, prices are going up, i remember they were at $20, now close to $100, they are good for 276/501E

ive been using vendsoft for years, problem is.. they are no longer working and vending zoo is the next one on the list, i purchased vendsoft, but now i cant install it on any new comps bc the company is down and the server they were running it on is supposedly gone, it was a very easy software to use, i am not into internet based software, i do not trust anyone with my information, spreadsheets are not for me either, there was a trial software but you can only put 100 locations into it, after that it would ask you to purchase the full software, wasn't much either, $300 i think, well worth it, i sue it to this day, i was able to get into 3 laptops, and i am able to sync the software with a file, simple for me, but you'll have to try it for yourself

most likely a setup issue, check your switches, and settings

i would assume anyone asking for a direct payment, might not be located in the USA, and will probably be harder to catch up to if something happens, try aliexpress or alibaba or even temu, youll be amazed

having an issue with a bevmax 4 3800, originally had an issue with the picker, as so i though, here's what happened, first few months the machine would work good, then it started to drop bottles, so i changed the picker hoping it would solve the problem, it didn't, 3 brand new pickers later it is still the same problem, but now it would vend a few drinks and then stall out, it would not pick the drink, come back empty, if i put a drink in the picker, it would vend, and then reset, and then would vend again for a bit, and then the same problem happens again, except this time i would get VEND ERROR, where as before i did not get that, now i was told to swap out the port assembly, hoping it would fix it, did that, still getting VEND ERROR, i tightened up the belt a bit, like 2 notches, nothing crazy, thought it was loose, i checked for errors and all the time i am getting the same error CTRL PWR OUT, i am assuming that there is nothing more to change in the machine except the board now, or to at least have it checked out, was told by the seller that the boards rarely go bad on these machines, so that never happened, he says that VEND ERROR can only be picker or port assembly, the picker moves freely in all directions (i only say this bc i was told to change the XY motors at this point) which is not something i want to do. now i will be putting back the original picker and see if anything changes, if anyone has any suggestions, would highly appreciate it, my last resort is to have the board checked out, as there could be something wrong with it, so i will buy a used one just in case, and send out the original for checkup.

find another vendo compressor, you can swap within the brand, but not throughout the brands, they will not fit
