  1. I agree. We shouldn't discourage distributors from being here. Harry is one of the hardest working guys in the industry. Cut him some slack.
  2. Fixing these machines up is a waste of time and money. Hopefully you got them cheap... try and flip them. If you want to get into vending, this is not a winning strategy to buy obsolete machines from 30 years ago. Best of luck
  3. I do it for all cashless payments. If the customer adds $25 to their Monyx account they get a free $2.50 which covers all their Convenience fees

  5. Nayax has great tech support and the better devices. Customers love the touch screen VPOS.
  6. Our drivers use the MOMA app in the field. Stock levels are very easy to adjust on the app. Not sure what you expect from a VMS at basically no extra cost? 🤷‍♂️
  7. The board is in the top of the door above the validator. Follow the mdb harness down to the validator. The nayax harness connects between board and validator.
  8. While Harry is here to promote their products, it is nice to have direct access and be able to ask him the tough questions. In Nayax's defense I have not had an unusual amount of devices go down and when they do, getting another replacement is quick and easy.

  11. We have 262 devices with Nayax. The tech support is leaps and bonds above the others I have dealt with (Usatech and Crane cashless) Also Nayax is the Engineering company, they are the only company making their own devices . Very surprised with the feedback here. 😮
  12. The cables are strapped too tight or it could be an issue with a GFcI cord (if your machine has one).
  13. Majority of demand for micro-markets have been office settings for me. And well offices might not have a lot of staff on sight for a long time or ever again..
  14. We do our telemetry through MDB, its instant. DeX only communicates a few times a day..

  16. That is a shame. Royal makes a great product. I blame crappy Chinese combo machines and over regulation in the great state of California..

  18. Take the picker arm off and open it up. You might be able to turn the small cam/wheel and get the plunger back in position. Or you might need to replace it. Spray will not help.
  19. I would recommend replacing that Chinese junk with nice, used American made equipment if you value the location. Sorry I can not be of more help.
  20. Buy the first item on the left in each tray with a Nayax card. Then we take a picture of the machine and input the rest of the products in the product maps when I get back to the shop. If the machine has been on location for awhile all the codes will be in order from top left of machine to bottom right. Call me if you need more help.
  21. Dunkin, energy drinks and milk all sell well and work as morning drinks.
  22. Did you replace the sensor on the bottom of the delivery port?
