  1. That sounds awesome pitstop Sounds like we now have 2 very good bulk locators
  2. Thanks alot guys. I will call call tomorrow as me and my dad are about to head to our route right now
  3. I tried calling Eddie Bauer a few times and left messages but never got a call back:(. Im in the San Diego area and looking for soda-snack locations.
  4. Its incredible. Midwest still owes me a large snack and soda location and jackie told me that they sold that part of teh company to marjorie and they told me that marjorie would give me a call back. Its been weeks and no call back at all. My contract was with midwest and they shoudl honor that contract or return my money back. Im gonna try to call them back again. I guess im too nice on the phone:(
  5. What change in ownership? Its basically one part of midwest taking over for the other and the people that signed up for snack and soda get left in the dust. This is a great way to liquidate responsibility for those locations owed.I still havent heard back from marjorie and everytime it was me who had to call midwest to an update. I could never have the conscience to do that to a client, never.
  6. I had a snack and soda loactaion with them and i also found out about all this today with no phone call and no warning. Its been months since i paid for a snack and soda location and everytime I have been the one who needed to call them up for an update. I was supposed to get a call from marjorie today but nothing. This stinks as i really needed these machines put in:(
  7. Congrats Southerngal, hope all goes well, keep us updated.
  8. I was thinking the same thing Antonio:). Water seems the be the one thing other than bulk candy and snacks&soda that goes well in southern california.
  9. We have a unique opportunity from a landlord of a business that we are about to purchase to also get a chance to get a spot for a stand alone water kiosk in which we dont even have to be there. It is right next to a hiking trail so lots of hikers going up and down plus its right next to many many houses and condos (perfect residential spot. Have any of you had any experience with these water kiosks? I know the water prices that it will charge is much lower then anything the supermarkets have.
  10. My dad almost fell for them, but thanks to this forum we went with midwest. Lets see what happens.
  11. Im currently selling cans at 65 cents, but in the future probably will sell at 75 cents. Just signed up with midwest locators. Lets hope they get me a great location:).
  12. Agreevending, do you mean that I get to visit the location before I pay her the balance. How much does she require as far as down payments? Also does she work in the california area?
  13. I sell my cans at one location for 65 cents and at the other location for 50 cents. The 50 cent location is a fixed price which i cant change but i try to get more bottles in there to make up the difference. It is a good volume location though. A row of dr pepper is gone in a few days lol.
  14. Plus combos never make as much as the big soda and snack machines. I almost went for the 1800 thing, until i found out that they wanted half down for the location without letting us see it first and checking it out.
