Hello everyone, I have bought a snack machine. I'm from Germany, so please excuse my not very good English. The vending machine is the LCM1 from AP. Unfortunately, it is no longer fully functional. One of my first problems is that I can't set the prices. I get to the service menu and can select all the other options there, but if I want to go to the price setting via button 4, nothing happens. Does anyone know of this or a similar problem and can help me? Thank you very much! Paul

Hello, I got an AP snack machine refurbished a month ago. It came with a new cantaloupe reader. Randomly, it will freeze up with the reader Dex. It will say “cards offline” like when it does on a Dex, but won’t go back to normal. I relaxed the card reader and it’s still happening. Cantaloupe says they have done everything they can, The company I bought it from is ignoring me.. and I have never bought a used machine that’s older. Anyone have suggestions? Cash and coin will work still but 1 time I was standing there and it also wouldn’t take cash/coin while it said “cards offline”. If I unplug it, it gets fixed.

Hi all, I’ve just bought an AP Snackshop LCM3 and was told by the seller that it isn’t likely to be compatible with cashless devices. I’m still waiting for the machine to arrive before I can test it myself with a card reader. But in the meantime, does anyone know where I can get the latest firmware or an EPROM chip with the latest firmware that supports cashless? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Need help trying troubleshooting a AP snack shop 113 machine that for some reason is rejecting any quarters placed into it. Swapped 2 other coin mechs thinking that was the issue but same problem. Not sure what is going…machines accepts & counts nickels & dimes just fine. It’s just quarters!! HELP!

Which of these inone boards/kits are better? I'm unsure if one is better than the other or if they're practically the same. First of all just want to acknowledge how great this site is. Has helped me on my journey of vending with my first questions regarding vending machines at age 17 up until now at 24. Would love to see this as an app somehow. Really think it would help the future generations of vending and make it easier to navigate with mobile devices. I come to ask a few questions though. I’ve grown a small vending route alongside different jobs that I’ve worked the past few years but now I’m having trouble keeping up with everything smoothly while I still keep up working with my other business. So nonetheless I need to clean things up in order to help my route run smoother with less stress. Question 1: Labeling keys? I’m getting confused with all these keys. I have 4 locations with snack and soda machines in both and I’m working on a 5th location. How can I label the keys/ tell them apart?? Question 2: Hand truck? What should I use to bring snacks and drinks inside and out? I usually just carry things in and out but I feel like it makes the route run longer and me more tired. I need something to make this part simpler. Question 3: Inventory tracking?? How can I keep track of vends with locations that don’t have cc readers?? I’m never sure what products are moving and how fast, so I usually just bring everything. Is there a device or software that can help me know how much of what to bring and how often? Question 4: Route runner? Ideally I want this route to be sufficient enough to have someone stock the machines for me and I be able to just service/ maintenance them when need be. How does that work? Has anyone hired someone? Did you trust them to deliver all cash or did you pickup cash separately? Please feel free to answer all of the questions or only specific parts if you’d like. I appreciate all of you guys responses and help. This community never lets be down. And hopefully this will help someone else that comes along.

Hello, I recently purchased my first vending machine, an AP 113 in good condition. It accepts a single $1 bill at a time and multiple coins after that. Problem is I plan to sell products up to $5 and the accepter won’t take a $5 bill. I’ve tried all the switch configurations I can from the manual. It has a mei VN 2512 u5 and an mei TRC-6000. From what I’ve been able to find out the machine should be able to take $5 bills. Am I missing something? Can anyone help me?

I just switched out two spirals on my AP123 to 6 count spirals. They were previously 10 count spirals. My issue is the new spirals (6 count) are vending 3 rotations/items when they are selected. Is there something I missed? Do I need to change the spiral count in the setup menu somewhere? If so, where is it? I couldn't seem to find it.

I am purchasing a refurbished snack machine. Originally I had wanted an AP 113 but have recently been made aware that the vendor is out of stock. He is willing to sell me the AP 123 for the same price. Should I take the deal and run? or do I wait for the AP 113 to come into stock again?

Hey Guys, After rebuidling a Vendo i’m now working on a AP CS15 which was almost scrapped. I’ve got the machine almost working again except for the NRI G10 with Changer (NRI G26.4000 it seems). I’ve found a German manual for the G26.4000 but even though i’m a neighbour of the Germans i’m having a lot of trouble understanding the works and programming bits. Might anybody have an English version of the G26.4000 system so that i can get it to fill the return tubes etc etc
