Hi community, I have just got into vending machines and am considering purchasing my first machine. I am going to buy a combo vending machine from the Wittern Group. I have noticed that they own many different distributers, I have figured out that they are selling all the same products just at different prices. I am working on negotiating the best deal with one of the portfolio companies. I have noticed that for these machines, they come with a "greenlight credit card reader". After more research, I have come to the conclusion that greenlight is just canteloup or usavend rebranded. I am not sure if this is correct, but it seems like that. After I called greenlight to ask a question about how much the tax and such are, they told me that it was 15 dollars a month to lease. If the reader comes with the machine am I leasing it? Or is it separate. Please let me know if you have any advice on how to navigate this greenlight suspicion. Is wittern even a reliable source? thanks so much!

Hello everyone and thank you for allowing me into this forum. I am a new vender and recently landed a new laundromat location that is a block from my house. The negative part is that they only have space for this machine FSI 3061 mini the old out of service one is in the photo (it is recessed into the wall) and i found a used replacement machine for 300. Is it possible to add a credit card reader to this machine? i attached the instruction manual here http://www.thevendingcenter.com/3061.pdf And a photo of the machine I am replacing. since it is literally down the street from my house, and as a regular customer here, I am willing to put more effort into making this site work! thanks, Randal

AP 6600 Machine, everything is working well. I just need address 2 things. Question 1: Is there a way to level the machine? If you're looking at the machine in front of you, then it's the rear-right leg that's not touching the ground. So it rocks a little, mainly when I go to lock the door and open it. Question 2: Is there a certain drill or drill bit that I need to install a card reader? I'm most likely going to go with Nayax. .

Has any one ever dealt with Merchant Service Center? They are calling my to take over the management of the credit card processing at a fee lower then USATech? My concern are that USAtech would no longer assist if there are issues with the readers or provide the level of data that i am getting from their report. Does anyone have experience using Eport with another provider than USAtech? Thanks

So, I am planning on installing three credit card readers in my busiest drink machines in the high school that I work at. I've contacted the three biggest companies and this is what they are offering me: USA Tech.: eport g10 reader(4g with Verizon) $289.00, Monthly service fee $7.95 per device, 5.59% per swipe transaction fee. Nayax: VPOS reader with swipe and chip reader (4g on verizon or at&t) $249.00, Monthly service fee $7.95 per device, 5.59% per swipe transaction fee. Parlevel: hardware (3g on t-mobile) $295.00, Monthly service fee $7.50 per device, 5.59% transaction fee. This would be my first time using credit card readers, so I have no experience with any of these companies. Which would you recommend me going with?

So I have a Vendo 721 soda machine that I am trying to get a Parlevel Nayax card reader working in but so far no go. The card reader takes the money no problem and the machine gives credit but freezes saying you have $5 credit but will not vend anything and the only way I have been able to clear it is to unplug the system. I called Parlevel and after being on the phone for hours they say it is not their system. The soda machine is communicating with the card reader as it shows how many coins and cash it thinks it has (in the Parlevel system) as well as the Vendo shows you have credit after the transaction clears. It is not just a one off either as the system can vend from cash or coins no problem, but as soon as you run a credit card it just freezes up showing $5 credit. I was told by Parlevel that my Eprom might need to be updated, below is a picture of my board and eprom. I called Vendo and their parts department said they no longer support the Vendo 721 and the Vendo guy laughed at me saying these things are so old just buy a new system... As stated earlier this machine works great, I just need it to work with my credit card system. I sent Parlevel my pictures and they said I had it set up right. If it is the Eprom where do I go to get the download? I have not factory reset the system yet, would that do the trick? I need some help guys, please and thank you!
