Will a Nayax credit card reader work with an LCM snack vending machine? Does the chip in the control board need to be updated in order for the CC reader to work?

Hi all, I'm in Qld Australia and I'm trying to get a Nayax Vpos working on an AP121 Vending machine that we use to vend Carwash cleaning products. I've installed it via MDB and the AP121 seems to recognise the default $7amount I've programmed into Nayax. I know it recognises it because it adds $7 credit to the LCD display. The problem occurs on selecting a product. EG: the product is $7. The credit is $7( no fee). On selecting the product via the keypad, nothing happens....except the NAYAX will occasionally voice..."Thank YOU".. which normally only happens on a successful vend....But no product is dispersed and Nayax doesn't charge the credit card used. Any suggestions would be more than welcome.

I currently have a Nayax VPOS Touch on a Royal 650 Live. I saw somewhere that you can remote vend a product with Nayax but I can’t seem to find any other information about it. I have the MoMa 2.0 app and after poking around I haven’t found a function to do it. Maybe it’s on the Monyx Wallet app if you attach the service card, but I’m not sure.

Recently I noticed that there’s a little black circle on the top of the Nayax VPOS Touch. I’m assuming that it’s a camera because I saw a diagram labeling it as a 3MP camera, though not on the official website. I think it’s either exclusively there for law enforcement or it’s just a photo sensor. Have any of you noticed it also?

Hi, I’m relatively new to vending and as I was setting up my VPOS Touch reader on my machine, I noticed that coin sales were not being tracked and not appearing on the online sales page. (I don’t know if cash is tracked because my bill acceptor is currently broken). Does anybody else use Nayax that has this issue? Are there any settings I need to change?

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my Card reader displaying "Not communicating with VMC" on a National 167. I have called Nayax and they said its usually an issue with service, but the RSSI hovers around the 26-28 number which I understand to be good. I currently have the card reader connected in the following way: VMC board -> MDB extension Cable -> VPOS touch -> bill acceptor -> coin Mech Does anyone have an idea of why this would be happening and what possible solution I should try? Hey guys, I'm new to the vending machine business, and just recently acquired an older AP113 machine. Bill validation was installed from previous owner, and it doesn't have a credit card reader yet. I'm thinking of installing the Nayax. I'll be acquiring more initial machines, but currently setting everything up for the business in MA, but just got wind of this ADA requirement. Crap... These are the locations I'm looking to get into using some of my connections already: - Office building - State office building - YMCA and church I'm of course, looking at other locations, but the above I may have a better chance first. The ADA caught me off guard (a little annoyed I didn't read up), and I'm wondering if I'll have trouble with my AP113 due the locations above "or" bill validation replacement. Putting in a credit card reader makes sense given the locations. If anyone can offer suggestions that would be good. I was going to do the older refurbished AP 7600s as well, but I'd imagine none of them would be compliant. If anyone has an idea on what machines I'll need for ADA at the lowest cost, please let me know?

I installed a Nayax VPOS touch, but it continues to read “cash only” I called Nayax and confirmed with them all setup is completed and the device is active on there end. I’ve installed over 20 card readers on my machines and never had this issue. Nayax is saying there may be a setting that needs to be turned on to allow cashless payments. Anyone ever heard of this on this machine? Any help is appreciate. Thanks

I have a touch screen vending machine located in a shopping mall. Its very new and just put into the mall in December 2021. The card reader was working great for 3 months up until around March last month. The card reader starting showing a blank screen and showing Nayax logo then powering back off again and doing this over and over. Nayax replaced the card reader for me after spending hours of trying to troubleshoot the device remotely. They assumed it was a signal issue with the card reader. The new card reader has great service but it is doing the exact same thing. I contacted my manufacturer for the vending machine I have, got a new MDB board and cords, even a new power cord to the machine thinking the power cord may be the issue. Same issue. When Nayax sent me the new card reader it came with new cords as well (Dex cable, antenna, MDB cord). I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem with the card reader. When I contacted Nayax and let them know the new card reader isn't working they told me to send pics and videos to their support email, that was a week ago and I've had this issue going on for a little over a month. Im obviously losing sales by the day because of this. Does anybody know what could cause the Nayax card reader to constantly show a blank screen ? (The blue card reader light is on and I can see the card reader is always connected on the dashboard but there is no display and no way for my customers to pay since it isn't connected to the machine for some reason) if you took the time to read this then Thank You! AP 6600 Machine, everything is working well. I just need address 2 things. Question 1: Is there a way to level the machine? If you're looking at the machine in front of you, then it's the rear-right leg that's not touching the ground. So it rocks a little, mainly when I go to lock the door and open it. Question 2: Is there a certain drill or drill bit that I need to install a card reader? I'm most likely going to go with Nayax. .

Hello. I have a mini crane that runs on pulse. It is not yet MDB ready to accept a credit card reader. Question: What would be the easiest method or way to make it so a card reader can be installed onto the mini crane vending machine?

I'm wondering if anyone knows how many cashless vending machines there are in the U.S, and maybe if anyone has noticed more machines using E-Port's.
