Popular Post mission vending
Recognizing that the policies and rules do not do a very good job in describing what is and is not acceptable when posting, we moderators have struggled to come up with some guidelines to help everyone out and to try do a better job at maintaining civility. Being civil does not mean that we cannot ask discuss difficult or controversial issues. It means that we offer our opinions and respect that others may have different opinions and not attack them for thinking differently. The idea for the following guidelines is actually from a breakroom wall of one of my customers and has been tailored for our needs here at TVF. We are open and honest with each other We treat each other with dignity and respect We support each others development We listen to and respect each others ideas and opinions We don't take or mean things personally We hold confidences We honor our commitments We ask but do not assume motives We avoid degrading language We do not attack each others credibility We will not take ourselves too seriously, and we will have fun. Please use the "report" button if you feel that someone has posted something that is outside of these guidelines so staff will be sure to see it. A excellent example of a great discussion of a very controversial subject can be found here: http://vendiscuss.net/index.php?/topic/14867-so-tell-me-again-why-do-they-want-to-ban-assault-rifles/
