Use legal zoom for llc or local accountant?

This is a late reply, so you probably already made your choice. But I have to say I used legalzoom to form my S-corp....Regret it big time. They overcharge and just don't provide good support. I went to accountants.com and found a really great reasonable accountant who is helpful and less than 1/4 the price.

It looks like a Single Member LLC (SMLLC) may have a few issues, and may not provide the protection of a multi member LLC. But apparently laws in Wyoming, and Nevada protect the SMLLC similar to a multi-member, so it may be of benefit to form an LLC in those States.
