The electronics can all be upgraded to MDB with an in one board or vendors exchange board. New paint and tuff front and you got a pretty decent little work horse. wegroup Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 I'm still using a couple of AP5500's on locations doing $200-$300 a month, without any issues. Parts are still easy to find. I paid $500 for 3, changed dbv's, cleaned them up, and put them to work. I wouldn't pay a lot for them, and you have to consider the location you're placing them in, since their not the newest of equipment, but if you can make money with them, and get a good deal, buy 'em.
