rlgiftshop Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 We have a cigarette vending machine on our casino floor with GVC2 Controller software and currently experiencing a problem none of management can solve. A problem is occurring that when $9 is inserted, it vended two cigarettes and re-registered the $9 again and vended another 2 cigarettes, over and over, repeatedly. We've perused the programming manual and unsure of what the problem is, if it's considered Free Vending or not. Does anyone have experience with this sort of problem and how to fix it. Please help! AZVendor Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 Check your I-Vend programming. You may have excluded that selection from the I-Vend matrix. If it's a selection on either end of your bottom shelves then the packs might be falling without being detected by the I-Vend sensor. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
