Mr Ed Posted June 11, 2017 Share Posted June 11, 2017 i have a cb700 that suddenly has quit vending columns 1 and 2.. They both vend the same product...will not test vend or sell anything from these columns.. AZVendor Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 If the machine doesn't report the product price when you make that selection only then you may have a bad keypad. If the price is shown when making that selection then the failed vend should result in a sold out condition. If that happens then if you open and close the door the door switch, if mounted, wired and working correctly, will reset the sold out condition and allow another purchase attempt after the reset. If this doesn't happen then you might have had a sold out triggered in the past that never got reset by the door switch. If all of these things check out okay then your drop sensor is too sensitive and when that happens the corner columns usually suffer this problem. Adjustment of the drop sensor is via a tiny potentiometer on the edge of the logic board if a 3151 model or from within the machine programming if a 3500 model.
