Mr Ed Posted June 28, 2017 Share Posted June 28, 2017 my ap 4500 seems to be doing things right but anytime a selection is made it says to make another selection and it will not hold prices if the power is interrupted.......am i looking at replacing the board? i did find one small gap in the solder on one run in the board and was wondering if maybe resoldering it may help? AngryChris Posted June 28, 2017 Share Posted June 28, 2017 You could try resoldering it, but if I were you and if this is a decent account, I would upgrade the machine with a newer board. First thing though is to make sure the motor/shelf harness is plugged into the board and not loose/disconnected. If no selections will work, it's gotta be either the harness or the board.
