  1. Hi Community I bought 5 Saeco SG 200. I really only needed 3. The other 2 are for parts. I got 2 working but the 3rd one doesn't dispense a full cup and it has the smallest cup count at 89. I replaced the water pump since I am using a water jug and swaped out the flow meter. I even switched the control board. I even cleaned the brew group. What else is left to do?

  3. Arkhuster U were right. Replaced the picker cup and it works like a charm. Also found the cam was broken in the dispenser. The little black grommet between the dispenser motor and product dispenser. Thnx for the advice and solution.
  4. Thank you arkhuster. Would have never known that. I will let you know how it turns out.
  5. Hi all I just inherited a bevmax 3 machine with a red bevmax 4 controller board The red light and yellow light on the controller board are flashing. When I test vend a selection, the elevator moves up to the selection but doesn't dispense it. The empty cup will just dispense nothing and the machine thinks it dispensed something. The elevator works fine but it doesn't dispense anything. Has to be some sort of sensor. If you guys can guide me in the right direction it would be great. I will post the solution asap so others can learn.
  6. Lacanteen You were right. It was a wiring issue. I bought the machine second hand and thought the machine was wired correctly but it wasn't. I have 2 of these machines but they have different interface boards. The schematics are confusing because of the different interface boards. The relay has 2 red wires that were switched. One wire from the triac was connected to the relay but instead should have been connected directly to the heaters. The power from the triac energizes the heaters. Problem solved. Thanks AZ vendor and lacanteen for the insight. You guys rock!
  7. Triac is wired correctly. I believe some other wire may be loose or a bad connection. A tech is coming to verify. This is the weirdest malfunction. If I get this sorted out I will post the correct procedure so all members can learn.
  8. Lacanteen I've never heard of a defrost safety sensor. What's the part# and what does it look like? If you're taking about the thermodisc, I've changed that. If you are referring to the defrost relay. That's been changed also. If there is such a part, it sounds like the issue.

  10. Still not working. I replaced the relay again. And the triac. There is no power going to the heaters.
  11. Thanks for the insight guys. I will take all the advice and try again. I replaced the triac and relay but will replace the relay again.
  12. Hi My experience is to buy the nestle products. I've tried just about every product and Nestle is the best. I order from Vistar since I am in California. The nescafe French vanilla makes a frothy drink and the nescafe cappuccino mix makes a real latte.
