    Thanks Technivend. I'll try this as it seems a logical reason for this happening. This is column 4 out of 8. All the others are fine and with a replaced motor and cam etc this has to be the culprit as a faulty control board would surely have issues with the other columns not just 1 out of 8.

    Happy Halloween everyone! In the spirit of Halloween I have a good mystery/horror story for you. I have a Dixie Narco 501t which has 1 column which doesn't dispense and eats the customers money. Now the horror part is really for me as I'm dealing with it lol I have replaced the motor, cam and panel switch for this column and still it happens. Testing it with the door open and it works fine but close the door and it eats the money when selecting the column in question. What could I be missing here?

    Thanks RJ. In this case I was asking because someone has a genesis he is selling with the location it is already placed at and I had never heard of it.

    Yes I did but it's important to note that this location is a high traffic location doing $200+ a week. So I wanted a machine that wouldn't require high maintenance as image was everything for this one location. My next location is small so I want a combo machine as space is an issue.

    Absolutely I know by experience as I stole one of my locations from Coke because their machine was out of date and having issues constantly. But generally the reason why I'm looking for the newest machine is the reliability factor. I have older machines that I constantly need to fix and a new machine as with anything just works better but this is not to say a good paint job and refurbish isn't just as good

    Lol there is so much space I can't even stand up the candy it just falls face down. I'm going to mess with the dividers and see if that helps.

    Hey gang, I have a crane 160 and it being my first snack machine i have what is probably a stupid question. I have a row of Hershey bars and customers are complaining that they won't vend and they all fall flat which I think might be causing it. Is there a certain way to adjust the dividers etc?

    From what I understand, people were using the address and tax ID on the machines to commit fraud so the state is protecting vendors.
