  1. I attempted to place an ad in the classifieds on this site. It requires to choose a file. I tried to download a picture. I had no luck. I will take $6500 for everything if anyone is interested. Thank you
  2. I'd like to thank everyone that replied. I am humbled by the support that I received so quickly. I was originally going to ask for $10,000 then after reading the replies I think I'm going to just sell not as a business but as machines for sale and throw in the 27 locations as an incentive to help the sale. I'm still going to ask $10,000 but I will take best offer. I will keep in touch and let you all know what it sold for. Thanks again!
  3. I would like some idea as to how much I should sell my route for. I've been in business for the past seven years on the East coast. I have 38 to 40 4 select Uturns and 10 NW 60. Double globe. Everything I own is in like new condition. One uturn is still in the box. I have 27 machines out on location and the rest of the machines are in storage with many extra parts. The 27 machines out there have been there anywhere from 4 to 7 years. There are 5. Nw 60 on location and 22 uturns. They are all close to each other's. I tried to break it down to best, good, and ok locations. I have 11 machines in best locations, 12 in good locations, and 4 in ok locations. Would anyone if not many of you tell me how much I should sell for. I would say it is very successful. Please I've heard all opinions of uturns. I love them. 7 years with no problems. I only want to know what you think I should sell for. I do not want to sell. I have to. Thank you very much. I really do appreciate your input. The potential is unlimited. I've only had 30 machines out at a time. My earnings are approximately $6000 /year. And I walk away with $4000.
  4. I wish everyone a Happy Holiday!
  5. I started bulk vending in June of 2012. I started with thirty U Turns. I got them new. I purchased them from U Turn. Sure I may have paid top dollar but I knew nothing about the business. It was my way to get involved and I would do it again. I have minor problems with my machines. Every one of them still look brand new. After owning the U turns for about a year I purchased ten NW 60's. Two head machines. When ever I have a slow location, so that I don't give up the location, I pull out the U Turn and place a NW 60 in there. The U turns take me about 30 to 40 minutes service. and the NW 60 takes me about 15 minutes. The U Turns I can switch produce so easy and I believe that is a must because people get tired of the same so by continuing to change produce it increases profit. The NW 60 is a project to change product. I've heard people say that is not true but from my experience and keeping my machines so clean you could eat off of them (it is a food product) that is the way that I see it and all of my locations the people love me. Complements all of the time. And that is always good for business.
  6. Thank you Mary and Rodney for the reply. Rodney, I remember in the past you had said something about the new mech's with the word U Turn on the handle has a screw in the back of the them and the mech's without the word U Turn on the handle were the older one's and they didn't have this screw. Is there anything that you could tell me about that screw? Right now I'm starting to think that the mechs that I have without U Turn on the handle are good to use. Is that also true? Thank you
  7. I remember reading on the forum that there is a difference between the coin mech's with the word U Turn on the handle and the mech's that are just smooth without u turn on it. I remember that the one's with U Turn on the handle were the better one's and the smooth one's could possibly give free candy. The one's with U Turn on the handle have a metal spring on the back and the smooth is plastic. Could anyone help and explain this better for me. I've got about a dozen of the one's with a smooth handle and I'm not sure if I should use them. Thank you

  9. I went to Sam's yesterday. You couldn't even find a place to park. It was packed with everyone looking for discounts. When I got inside it was amazing to see. All of the upper shelves were empty, most all freezers were empty and a lot of the products on the floor were gone. There were really not many deals either. Though, M&M's were a dollar off regular price and if you go to the help desk on your way out they will extend your membership six months for free. They told me that you need to be a member to order on line.
  10. Thank you very much Rodney. Great info
  11. I just tried to go to Cardinal website and I couldn't find it. Any suggestions?
  12. Sam's Club closing is also going to have a big impact on me too. There are no Costco near me. What I need to order is: M&M peanuts M&M plain Mike & Ike Hot Tam Skittles Reeses pieces Does anyone know where I could buy these products? What's going to hurt is the shipping cost. Any suggestions on shipping cost savings? I only have 40 machines so I can't buy truck loads at a time. Thanks
  13. Thank you everyone. I never expected to get so much valuable information. I never had any idea that there are so many problems vending peanuts. Thanks to all of you I’m not going to have to figure this out myself. I will say that there are peanuts of some kind in almost all of my competitors in my area. I do see that the machines always look dirty from the peanut dust but now I’m going to start looking for worm crawling around.
  14. Hello everyone, I'd like to start placing peanuts and cashews in my machines. Could anyone recommend where to buy them and what one's are best? Do they last long or do they go steel fast? How many are enough for a quarter? Thanks Bob
