    Usi/Wittern gum coils

Yep, you have it all figured out what is required to replace these selections. Personally I sell Gum (small 5 stick pack), Starburst and Mentos from these slots and they actually do well. If you decide to go this route make sure to test vend them several times to make sure that your iVend is not allowing you to give away free product.

    Casters

Some years ago, I purchased a 501e that was on casters. I was very surprised to see this and found that it made the machine very easy to move but it is hard to imagine such a machine on location on casters. The casters were heavy duty and look like something that I have seen in Northern Tools, take a look in there and I think you will find what you are looking for. If you decide to take the tour in Northern Tools you will also find some three wheeled dollies that will work well for the snack machine, just make sure to get the proper rating so that the weight of the machine will be properly supported.

Hey guys, I know the price will vary by the region but what is your normal sales price for these?

Vendo V480P, whats a good price?

I know this crazy to reply two years later guys but for thread closure replacing the gate links did resolve the issue on this one. Thanks again for the help! I had already thanked Randy after the fix was performed but in a much timelier manner. 😁

    Machine Hand Truck Rental?

The Stevens at $175 is a heck of a deal that you should not miss. If you don't mind the hard work sounds like there is an opportunity to go into the machine moving business in your area. 😁

    Got damaged coins?

The bank takes all of my mutilated coins and bills without any issue.

    Ams 639 - Remove Product

I ran the calibration procedure and it did not resolve the issue so I continued to investigate and troubleshoot the issue. I have several of these AMS machines but noticed on this one that there are sensors in the bottom portion of the delivery tray so I popped them out, with the power Off, and there was a huge dust bunny on the detector sensor. I removed the dust bunny, checked & cleaned the emitter, ran the calibration again and Voila issue resolved! I would like to thank you guys for lending a helping hand as you are always willing to do.

Thanks AZ! I actually did a portion of this but had no idea how to evaluate the parameters that was received. Thanks again, I will try it out this week.

    Ams 639 - Remove Product

Thanks lacanteen. I was looking at the sensors when I observed the error and attempted to clean them but the error did not go away. I also made sure that the door wasnot blocking the sensors. How do I verify if I have a faulty emitter or receiver?

    Ams 639 - Remove Product

Hey guys I need a little help with an AMS 639 machine that accepts money, coins and bills, then displays remove product on the display and will not allow any products to be dispensed but it will return your money if the coin return button is pressed. Thanks in advance for your help!

Guys, thanks for everything, the issue was fixed by replacing the coin mech. Take a look at the coin return lever in the pic. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Wow, thanks Randy. When I pulled the replacement coin mech out of the bag I did observe that the c/r lever was depressed and it was actually a little difficult to get it to go back into regular position. I finally got it right then I installed it so that is definitely a possibility. I am going to the machine again this morning to swap another coin mech to see if that fixes the issue. Thanks guys. Thanks for your reply. Yep, I definitely turned the power off before swapping coin mechs. I learned that several years ago, the hard way. I kinda thought the same thing about the coin mechs but I keep known good spare mechs in the truck. It's easy enough to swap another mech to see anything changes. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
