  1. Machine is working properly. Even though I was able to work motors manually, I assumed Machine was primed. I did not allow prime to fully finish which is why it did not dispense. I now have to work on the double vending since it is on 4 out of 6 columns all of the sudden. Thanks for the support!
  2. Also forgot to ask what causes double vending of 2 cans at one time for this machine as well.
  3. Manually from motor switch itself and they all work fine doing it this way. They just don’t work from selection button on front machine.
  4. I do hear a quick slight hum/click once selection has been made as if the machine is trying to do something. I double checked all wiring and all looks okay. As stated, all motors work fine when manually hitting motor switch itself. Is there a way to test credit relay?
  5. Having problems with Vendo 264 Drink Machine. Was originally having problem with one of the vend motors that I recently replaced to include switches. Now all motors are working when I manually vend by motor switch. However once I put money in machine the credit is accepted but when I press selection button, the machines tries to turn motor but stops and drinks do not dispense. I tried mutiple selections and all are doing same thing. I relooked at the motors afterwards and they are still in home position after selection was made. Thoughts???
  6. My USI 3039 Snack Machine has one row of stuck / jammed buttons (Row C, 4, 6). As a temporary fix, I am able to push together on the keypad wiring connection and that will fix the problem temporarily until problem comes back which is usually by end of day. With this in mind, what are your thought for properly fixing this problem?
  7. Question: How does the Royal Vendor Cold Control and Temp Sensor interact with each other?
  8. Thanks for the tip AZ, I will give that a try. In regards to your statement "However, when it does short cycle as it is now the condenser fan should remain running if everything is wired correctly", see my wiring setup below. 3 in 1 Starter Wiring: I have the smooth wires from fan and power wire wired to hot side of 3-1(black wire closes to black connector wire for compressor) I have the wires with ridges from fan and power wire wired to negative side of 3-1 (black wire closes to white connector wire for compressor). The common, start, and run wiring are all wired as shown on the 3 in 1 which is the same as shown on the compressor cap.
  9. I received a call last week in regards to my Royal Vendor Drink Machine not cooling. After my observation, I noticed both the condenser and evaporator fans were running as they should, but the compressor was clicking as if it was trying to kick on but never did. Therefore, I installed a 3-1 Hard Start Kit today and the compressor kicked on as it should. However, after about a min or two the compressor would kick itself back off and the condenser fan stopped running as well. Then after another min or two the compressor and condenser fan would start back up and repeat this on and off cycle. The temp of machine is showing 42 degrees and the machine is inside of a warehouse where there is not Heat or AC. With this in mind the temp outside was like 36 degrees so it was already cold inside the building. Any thoughts on what is causing the compressor to cycle on and off in such a short period of time?

  11. I will checkout my local Costco as well. Seems as if Sams online is not selling them either.
  12. I placed an order with staples yesterday which was about $12.99 per bag and free shipping to the store. I will check into TJ King since that may be my cheapest route at $10 per bag including shipping.
  13. Here recently within the last month or so, I noticed my local Sams to include online no longer sells Mike & Ike's. They were selling 4.5lb bag for like $7.50. I have been checking around at other stores and online and the price is like $15 which is double the price of what Sams use to sell them for. With this in mind, where are you guys buying your Mike & Ike's?
