  1. I've had 3 machines for about 8 years and haven't encountered that problem. Sorry I can't be of any help
  2. I'm not aware of being able to name a drink within the system and different drink configurations require different button designations. It's a little complex to understand at first, but the manual has fairly clear instructions and it may take some trial and error to get used to it. It helped me a lot to write down what I programmed so I could figure out where I went wrong.
  3. Page 43 of the manual speaks to an Error Reset Procedure. It is a procedure that I haven't had to use, but seems fairly comprehensive.
  4. I currently have several machines but have never seen that message or a message that matches the translation "insert funds drawer" . Do you have other machines or know someone nearby that does? If so, I would copy the program from another machine to this machine and see if the message disappears and then start programming from there. If that is not an option, I would follow the manual in changing the language and start following the manual instructions in programming the machine, perhaps programming it to bypass the coin drawer for now.
  5. Sorry for the delayed response,,, have been away. There is a company in Canada called Vending Products of Canada
  6. Probably depends a bit on where you are located, but I use the Vim powdered milk, Nestle Carnation Hot Chocolate and we don't use Vanilla and instead use Oregon Chai Tea Latte
  7. Out of curiosity, what type of locations do you find to be most profitable?
  8. I'm not sure where you are located, but I purchase my milk, hot chocolate, cups etc from Vending Products of Canada.
  9. Just sent you an email that will hopefully help
  10. I'm not sure where you are located, but here in Calgary AB, Simo Cafe used to handle a lot of parts for these machines, It might be worth your while to check with them. (403) 207-9129.
  11. Sorry, I can't be much help to you on this. Except, I had some trouble with the grinders on 2 of my SG 200 machines and had to run a special cleaner through them. The coffee oil build up over time, caused them to jam up and not grind. This may or may not be of any help.
  12. Sorry. Can't be of much help. I've finally turned 1 of my 3 machines into a parts machine and I think there are enough other machines out there that can be purchased at a reasonable price, that it is not worth pursuing a source for parts.
  13. Sorry, but that is a new one to me. It's unfortunate how the support has fallen away from these machines.
  14. Efman; It sounds like a smiliar problem to one of my machines except it wasn't the pump. it seems to be something within the machine. The machine was in location where I had the users maintaining it and they had let it get pretty dirty. I cleaned it up real well and kind of tapped (what you can't fix with a hammert your can't fix - right?) the side of where it seemed to be squeaking and it stopped. I'm afraid my problem and repair wasn't very techinical. Sorry I can't be of more help.
