Hey guys, complete beginner here - trying to find out which system might be best - but It's very hard to get a grip on how the offers differ, the salesmen all seem to believe their own product is superior. So I'd be really happy if any of you could contribute with your own experiences. Hello, I need help. I have a USI Wittern CB700 soda machine. I just installed the eport G9 device for telemetry only to see sales data and for prekitting. I connected everything (MDB) cables. It does not have a DEX jack although all the manuals online says it does. For some reason, it is not reporting the cash sales back to USALive reporting. I called USA Tech and they said everything looks good on the Eport and to see if there was a firmware update for the CB700. How do I go about doing this? Is there a setting on the control board that would disable reporting cash sales? DEX is out of the qu

Has anyone using the RS 800/850 been successful downloading raw DEX files for use in Excel? I receive the error "check DEX cable @ eport". I cannot locate the cable connection and not much luck from RS 800/850/ and "eport" suppliers. The "eport" and the RS people don't seem to know each others technology. Thanks for any help.
