  1. Hello, I am from Australia and have managed to get a hold of a wowie zowie gumball machine. The entire machine works as it should except for the fact that for some reason the motor bracket for the screw which delivers gumballs to the top is missing. I have a working motor with attached gear box but no bracket to hold the motor up in place. Anyone know where i can get one from? I haver emailed DSM but the emailed bounced saying the support email doesnt exist, have they gone under? Cheers for any assistance.
  2. I figured i would come straight to you since you helped me on all my other posts in the past. #1 i have a machine that has a circuit board for one of the soda slots that just doesnt work. do you know what part i would need to replace it with? here is the picture http://imgur.com/gallery/KIraMTP #2 - one of the levers in my DN501E machine that clicks up to stop broke, what part would i need? here is a picture as well http://imgur.com/a/SmPmG thanks for your help i really do appreciate it! Still trying to learn the in's and outs of my machines, you guys are my heros! thanks again.
  3. I need to replace a vend motor in my royal 650. It's on one of the columns in the front. I think I can handle it. It's my first time replacing a motor. Any best practices or advise?
  4. I'm having an issue with one of my Royal 650's. The issue is with one of the front columns. Product is loaded. Tried to vend and triggers "sold out" when selection button is pressed. Removed product. Tried to "test vend" in program mode and the display light in the front of the machine goes out temporarily and the rotor doesn't turn. Is this a bad motor? If so, is this something I can purchase and replace myself? This is the only selection that is behaving this way.
  5. I'm overhauling a Vendo V475 soft drink machine. I've downloaded a manual, but it's old and cryptic, and the wisdom of experienced folks at this forum would make life way easier! 1. Info on the motors is hard to come by. Does someone know if there were newer, improved motor models for this machine since it was manufactured 25 years ago? If so, what part numbers might I look for (for assemblies)? 2. Ditto for the coin mech. Currently it has a very old Coinco that appears to malfunction. The mechs recommended in the manual are understandably as old as the manual itself, but I'm aware that the coin mech companies are still in business. Does anyone know if there were newer models that work in the V475? 3. I can't find this in the manual either: The compartments that hold soft drinks each have a trigger to activate out-of-stock mode. I haven't measured, but it looks as though it needs to have a half-dozen rows of product stacked up in there to reach the trigger, meaning that out-of-stock status will actually kick in when there's plenty of stock. Am I right about this? 4. Do the shafts for the bail buckets or the crank ever need lubricating? Seems to me that after decades of service they must be pretty dry. If someone has knowledge of this machine, I'd sure be grateful for a bit of it.
