  1. Hey guys, I'm having a problem with 2 AMS machines. Every time I go into either location, there is a decent amount of water coming from under the machine. The hoses that go into the pan are connected just fine. There is never any water laying in the pan, just seems to be coming from an area I cannot pinpoint. I put a little stack of paper towels on the inside of the cabinet towards the front of the machine on the right, just in front of the coils, and the next day, it was already soaked in water. Just wondering, has anyone come across this type of problem? The delivery bin door is not stuck open. Compressor doesn't seem to be running over time and nothing ever frosts up inside. This is one of my best accounts and I would hate for the guy to get mad at me about this. In the mean time, I put pans underneath the machine, but even that doesn't catch all the water sometimes. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
  2. Hi Everyone, First machine, a RV DP 448-8. Works well, upgraded to coin mech to Mars TRC 6800 and added a bill acceptor. Going to place at our local go-kart track. First question - flavor labels. The labels are parallelograms (like a slanted rectangle). Does someone sell these or can you buy a certain size and cut them? Second question - water. Where can I buy the harder plastic water bottles in 16.9 oz? Have checked Sam's, Costco, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, grocery store. Have found 12 oz Aquafina that is harder, but would like to offer the larger format.
  3. We own 1 Saeco SG200e UL that we purchased from a small company that was going out of business. The machine was bought to use in our funeral home to offer fresh coffee and a variety of other options to families there for visitation. What we have run into is that the machine is only dispensing into the cup about half of the liquid needed for the drink and the other half of the water is being sent directly to the waste water collection bin underneath the machine. Any suggestion concerning this issue would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Guys, I just need to vent so you can read or not read. So, if you've been watching the news about the water problems in/near Charleston WV, you understand that some of us have been a week without water in our houses. Well, some have water but it has been tainted with a chemical that smells like black licorice. And I mean lots of licorice. You can smell this stuff everywhere. I am so sick of smelling licorice. So this morning at 6AM I check online and my neighborhood has been cleared to flush our lines. So I run water for 30 minutes straight to empty out the hot water heater. And then run the cold water in the washing machine and dishwasher to clean them out. All per the water companies instructions. My wife and I take a shower. First one in a week other than bird baths. Now we are walking licorice sticks. Anyways, I was really looking forward to getting home and washing some dishes and laundry. I'm almost out of underwear. Be going Commando soon. Guess What? No water at all!..You gotta be kidding me. So I call the water company and Yep got a water main break. In fact they have lots of them. No ETA as to when they will be fixed. So to make a long story short- I got my water back on this morning but now I can't use it. How's your week been?
