Agapevending
I have not had to deal with the heat this year. But I usually do. In Texas it can pretty hot in the summer. This is what i do. I bought a Coleman electric cooler. to put candy in. I have never had a problem. I even keep it in the bed of my pick up.

JCS Vending
My hot tomalies aren't vending right and I don't want to try Pam because I'm afraid they will look and feel oily. Going to order some Reeces Pieces from Sam's Club today to swap out. Only in the high 80's low 90's here in beautiful Wilson, NY (near Niagara Falls, NY). lowcountry Dan
My advice is to stay away from Mike & Ike and Hot tamales, unless they are in a well air conditioned environment. Just not worth the trouble to mess with them. I use PMMs, Skittles and Reese's Pieces and have no problems. In very extreme cases Skittles can melt, in that case use gumballs or chicle tabs. As far as working in the heat, take a break if you get overheated. Always make sure you have lots of water. When you stop sweating, that is a danger sign. It means you need water.
