dogcow Posted June 30, 2012 Share Posted June 30, 2012 im not sure what the output voltage is supposed to be, 12v ? anyway plug the power supply in to AC power and turn it on, and then you would test the output voltage by connecting the red lead to the hot line and the black lead to ground and set your meter to dc/volts make sure its reading whatever voltage is supposed to be coming out of the power supply (12v? 5v?)
