raquel
I'm selling my bulk vending route and have a question about what to disclose, and when. I have several people asking me about the locations. I've refused to give location addresses, but I tell them about the type of location it is, product being vended, etc. I also have financial proof in case they want to verify revenue. I assume that at some point I may have to show the locations to a serious buyer. What is the best way to handle this?
musser
To start just state the annual gross, number of stops, type of machines, and your asking price. The rest depends on the size of the sale.
sherlock
How many locations are we talking about Raquel? In my experience, the number of locations affects the process.
shepherdsflock
When I purchased locations from somebody, they disclosed the type of location, but not the name of the location. For instance, they might say that a location is a supermarket, but not name the supermarket.
