JCS Vending Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 Hoping to reach out to other venders in NYS. From what I read on the IRS website if I sell 25 cents or less I don't have to pay sales tax. This means I can be tax exempt when I purchase the candy/toys and not pay tax on the sale of it at the end of the year as well? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
