If you had a location that was running out of water in a combo machine, would you try bottled water service or put in a larger machine? I don't have a larger machine to place. I assume there might be more profit in selling regular 16.9/20oz bottled water. Plus how would I bill/be paid for it? Probably would want a contract. Is it even a prudent option? I assume it would work similar to OCS(which I know nothing about accept what I've read here) except there is only one product(water) and not as many opportunities to sell ancillary products.
