havending
On one of my sports arenas two of the lights that are next to each other do not blink but the just stay on all the time. It was fine but as i was changing bulbs one bulb came apart from the metal part that screws in and i smelld a sorta burn smell. I assume somthing blew but what? Billnuts
yes the inside connector tabs break real easy on the older ones i found a source for new sockets for under $2.00 each shipped you would have to repair the light flash motherboard to fix the problem now. one of the diodes is blown thats why those stay lit they blow individually to protect the whole string on that board from cascade failure due to a short or blown bulb bill

Fixing the board sounds like a pain and i would have no idea how to do it. So i assume running it that way wont cause any issues.
