I ordered 1 case of 45mm Monster Face balls, 1 case of 45mm Pool balls, and 1 case of 27mm Pool balls. She called me back once and sent me 2 emails. One regarding the shipping charges and had the amount in the email. The other included a complete price list of all their stuff. Now that's service that I like. The shipping was comparable to Cardinal or A&A and the prices were acceptable to me as well. I'll be dealing with her more in the future.
