Thanks in advance for any and all help. If the computer believes the door is open the display will show only the decimal point. 2 Enter a valid selection number (11). 3 Enter 4 zeros to clear the old price. 4 Enter the new price. 5 Press the “enter price button” 6 The selection number will have changed to the next selection if the price is correct go to step 5 if not go to step 3. 7 Stop when you get back to selection 11. Walta It's been awhile since I messed with my Rowe. I'm not totally sure but I think you need to press the service mode button, then the number 4 to get into price set mode then follow the steps listed.
