bulkjake
I have a slower location that is on a 90 day service. It has PMM, RP, and SK. I walked in to a manager telling me that 1 of their employees got very sick and had to go to the hospital and called in sick several days. The doctor told him it was the chocolate. No other employees got sick and there was several dollars in all three canisters ($15.25). Needless to say, I removed/replaced all the chocolate with other types of candy. However, I am very skeptical. I believe someone just wanted time off to go to Vegas... I asked my wife who is a microbiologist. She said, no way unless it was moldy (of course it wasn't). What do you guys think? She also said there is really no way to tell what got him sick without running several all day tests and adjusting the angle of 12 satellites while Obama fights for his life in the video below... The candy didn't 'look bad', the PMM's weren't even cracked. What do you guys think? I call BS! This was in the breakroom/kitchen of a well known food chain...I am not going to list it here...but, maybe someone had too many Grand Slam's? FrCorey
prolly not. if they arent infested and look good they are ok. if you are really worried, take a few oz to a lab or the health dept. and ask them to test them. you could also tell M&m company what happened. they will want the batch numbers off the bags or boxes and prolly send you a bunch of free coupons for more. they dont want people thinking thier stuff makes people sick at all. Rick
If the owner believed this crap from his employee I would have taken the machine outside, walked around the block, brought the machine back in and told him I swapped all of it out with the new immuno-resistent coated PMM. What a goof.
