New member from Floida retrofitting an old Dixie Narco with RFID reader and internet acess!

Hi all, New member here. More of a hobbyist than anything. Working on a project very simular to this: http://www.avbrand.com/projects/popcard/

Thought I would sign up oon the forms, because I figured some meuple may be interested, and also because I am having some mechanical issues with the machine (vending doubble cans, jamming bottles and whatnot) and I could use a little advice.

I'll post pictures of the project as I make progress!

Shims! It's the shims. I discovered what shims were, and did some exerementing. I think I just have the wrong product with the wrong shims.

Thanks for that link, Dogcow...I hadn't found that one on my own and I now own my first DN soda machine (#240). It's already retrofitted with a bill validator (Hacksaw action, for sure) and runs fine...seems like a pretty bulletproof machine. This link shouyld be quite helpful along the way!
