Djstorman
So I found 17 vendstars and the owner is willing to sell them for $20 for each one so $340 total. What do you all think ?
bulkdude
That normal price for used vendstars. I would buy them. Good start out machines. Use them save money up than replace them with a really good strong machines than sell the vendstars on ebay. They sell on eBay for twice that you could make your money back and more. adog
I'd jump on that but where I live they are way more! Plus your ROI will be faster since they are so cheap! One machine that does 20-40 a month will pay of itself as well as the others in a matter of no time! As long as they aren't busted into lol! Could probably break into those things with a plastic spoon (seriously)!
Pyrodude
I with bulkdude. I would buy them (assuming they are in good condition) and turn around and sell them on Ebay.
shepherdsflock
That's a decent price if they aren't in bad shape. Just like Pyrodude said, buy them, place them, recoup your purchase cost as quickly as possible, and save up for some better machines. It sounds like you've found a great deal to start your vending career with. I've paid as much as $40 for a single Vendstar, $20 is a good price. Tbuford
Only buy that trash if a location comes with it. tbufordhaspoken
Rick
Only buy that trash if a location comes with it. tbufordhaspoken I think this is the sort of disconnect that happens after years of being up to your eyeballs in NW and Oak racks. Not everybody has four figures to throw down on equipment starting out. There is value to be gained from buying a crappy vendstar, locating it and servicing it for several months. We all start somewhere.
lurtsman
If you are paid a very high wage at your regular job, it won't be worth your time. If you are not paid a high wage, then you should do it. I bought up quite a few vendstars while I was in business and ended up removing most or all of them from my route before I was done. I regularly sold Vendstars for 40 to 50. It will take some time. If you sell on Ebay, be prepared to deal with a shipping nightmare and fees. If your patient just sell em off using CL.
