They were out of business the first day they started!!! Bit off more then they can chew. In all Honesty locating is hard to do and then having to locate equipment such as racks over the phone is near impossible. A lot easier to explain a tiny gumball machine for charity as to huge racks off commission based!

I called the number on their website and a guy just answers hello, I asked if they were still open.  He seemed puzzled by the question and asked if who was still open?  I said the locator company and he had no clue about what I was talking about.

I certainly don't understand this type of business but it seems to me everyone could work together if you put a credit card on file with the locating company allowing them to take their fees once the machine was placed on site.  Wouldn't that work?  A short written agreement should cover everyone.  If something happens you can dispute with your credit card company.
