Tbuford
I was running some kind of crappy stops in convenience store/gas stations yesterday and found where someone is putting out pushers. They are black cabinets with chrome diamond plate pieces screwed to them. They have no contact number or anything. I can tell they are not brand new. Who is the pusher person putting out these pushers? I like seeing them. Hopefully they will stay out and it'll make me feel ok to get some. ronsidney
He runs some type of revenue share with operators.. He will give you the machines and place them in your area and operate them and give him 50% of the take i believe.. So you are partners with him.. All you have to do is pay him your half of the partnership, i think its like 800 a machine or something.. Im not sure on the details but a friend of mine in Mass has seen a bunch of them show up around him and actually met one of his locaters and got the spiel from him.. ron

sherlock
I wish there were no legal issues with these things. I understand the risk is worth the reward in the proper locations, but just dealing with that hassle is a PITA. But, hoping for the day they come without the legal headaches is useless...if some states have a problem with claw machines, what can I realistically expect for pushers? Tbuford
When I was a little kid we lived in a real small town in Washington State. This happened back in the late 60's early 70's. My Uncle owned a pool hall and he had 4 pool tables, 1 foosball, 1 bumper pool, a couple juke boxes and about 5 pinball machines. One day a cop played a pinball machine and won a free game. They confiscated the pinball machines and arrested my uncle for having gambling machines. The hassles with this went on for like a couple years. I remember my Uncle got his machines back and began using them after they were held by the cops for months. I remember he filed a suit against the town for 200k but never got anything out of the mess other than lost revenue, bad publicity and grief. Maybe things will get better now, what with all the casinos everywhere. Now I bet the casino owners would try to keep puishers outlawed, like they did with on line poker. Talk about wasting the town's tax dollars. What a shame your uncle had to go through all that mess for something so trivial.
havending
The new FL house bill that is now law actually has a line that states winning a free play on pin ball is illegal. Prizes of any chance or game of skill can not exceed .75. And even states that you CAN NOT take paper money on a game of skill or chance. These states are rushing to pass laws to combat gambling they are screwing up a ligit industry. On a side note FL has casinos and I would guess nearly 100 ships with casinos uses its ports
