Skate boards at Brand

I may not be as cool as the rest of you guys so I am lost on the skate boards.  What are Toy Boarders?  Looking at the site they are plastic finger boards that have a following.  To me they look like army men.  What am I missing?

 

How does that extreme string do?

The string is just really stretchy.  Soft and gooey.  I have just started running it last month and it is running pretty fast.  I am surprised how well it is doing.
