Best Bank for redeeming coins?

I was wondering what the best banks are for depositing large amounts of change. I know TD Bank has a free coin counter (provided you have an account there.) What does everyone use? Automatic coin rolling machines seem too time consuming...

We use PNC Bank in Ohio. They accept bagged coins. We have a machine to sort and count. Huntington Bank wanted to charge us to deposit cash. That is why we are at PNC now.

My bank loves my butt when I bring all those coins in - I like to do it Friday afternoon when all the local merchants are stocking up for the weekend.  My deposits barely make it through the window before they're handing that change back out  - the one dollar bills too.  If you're getting charged to deposit coins, you may want to find a bank in your area that caters to merchants.

You should scalp the change from your trunk!

Thanks all, I'll probably use TD, it would be easiest...

I have had my best luck with credit unions or small locally owned banks. Its not so hard to get it done for free if its a few hundred a week. At 5K plus a week it takes too long for me to do it myself at a counting machine and I got tired of changing banks every few years when they decided to adopt new fee structures. I have managed to be at the same bank for 6 years now and the arrangement I have with them is that I bring it in loose and unsorted and they will run the coin for me with a 1% charge and there is no charge for running the cash.

I had my best luck when I began using my early Brandt diagonal disk sorter and later my Brandt 6000 coin per minute sorter and counter that allowed me to set the bag stops to the bag values that the bank vaults ship coins in.  I then used lead seals on the bags and made my deposits in the merchant room that was separately accessed from outside the building so lobby customers could not see what was going into the room.  The bank would then ship the bags out to the vault where all bags are verified no matter where they come from.  I got immediate credit and never had an adjustment to my account.  I had to shop around a couple of different times because after a few years, as Mission said, the bank would change their fee structure, but I would always be able to find another bank that was willing to accept the large deposits without any fees.  I don't know if fee-free coin and wrapped bill deposits are available anymore with the banking industry the way it is now.
