Thanks Mike,

Also let me know who is going to attend from this board. I am putting together a promotional program for VENDiscuss that should coincide with some upcoming national exposure that we've recently received.

Hey Mike !

Once we get the list of topics narrowed down I'll post them here. I've been working with suppliers on getting participants a discount. That and some samples as well.

Call me sometime.

Please post more topics you would like to see at BOSS. Even if you don't plan to attend your ideas will help allot. We would like to have between 8-10 workshops at the show.

Topics that will be covered:

1) How to thrive in a high commission stop.

2) A seminar on touch screen games.

This is a post I copied and pasted from another board. It is from one of the show organizers

Please write in your Topic suggestions.

Presently they are as follows;

Strategy Session - "Pay High Commissions and become more profitable"

Workshop: Diversification - David George -Touch Screens Expert.

Workshop: (Tentative) - Steve Owens - Bulk Vending Book keeping and

Acc't analysis

Strategy Session: FUTURE - BOSS SHOW the convention &

New Organization/Association.

Seminar: Phil Dobin - Prepaid Legal -contracts etc.

This is where we are right now. I expect we'll have 3-4 Strategy

sessions and 3 -4 workshops/seminars on each day. We'll have breaks

and lunch in between. Bring a legal pad.

I think that when you leave this show you should feel that you've

gained a tremendous amount of insight and new ideas you can put into

your business immediately. Your business will be either more

profitable and run better or both.

I believe that Bulk vendors are Business professionals just like in

any other industry. We're entrepreneurs at the ground level and we

need to respect ourselves as such.

Please write in your ideas. This is your SHOW. It's taken 60 years

for Bulk Vendors to organize a forum for Bulk Vendors by Bulk

Vendors , and ran by Bulk Vendors. I say this because the NBVA is

organized by an attorney paid for by Suppliers, run by suppliers and

administered by Bulk Vendors.

Speak out and tell us what you want today! We're here for you.

I was getting confused on when this Baltimore convention was. I had written down October 15 thru the 17th. But Big Mike has it October 14th thru the 16th on the first post of this thread. I guess I should call the hotel and see what they say and make my room reservation at the same time.  Does anyone know the dates for sure?
