thevendingguru Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 I was going around locating for with machines for the national charity that I donate to, when I thought about another charitable angle to take. Has anyone ever approached religious organizations, non - profits, and other groups that rely on donations and given them the following spiel: my name is _____ and I have several vending machines. I am looking for places to put my machines, and if you have any members, congregants, etc... who have businesses that wouldn't mind having one of my machines, I would be willing to give your charity, Church etc... x% of whatever the machine makes. I would fill the machines, keep them clean, and running efficiently, and all that I would require is for you to inform your members of this opportunity to get some free money for your charity. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you know of anyone who might like to help raise some money for your charity, please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx, Has anyone ever tried this? I think people might be more receptive to a charity machine if the money is going to an organization that they support, and not some national charity. What do you think?
