vending business in Vegas?

It's a pretty competitive market with all the casino activity and there are some big players servicing them.  Because it's competitive and because of the economic depression continuing in LV, as it is here, you will be fighting for all the same locations as everyone else is.  The market isn't growing yet and you will have to find a definitive way to differentiate yourself from all the current vendors.

I definatly wont be going after the casinos. I know how tough that is there, but from what I heard its alot less competitive then southern cali. Im gonna be looking for medium size account with 50 to 100 employees.

When I was in Vegas, I saw First Class Vending with their machines all over - McCarran airport, most of the casinos (especially with cigarette vending), and more. Seems like a big well run vending operation.

I have a feeling it will definitely be very competitive.

Thanks Jason, I really hope we can squeeze in there as we will be moving there in a few months. Any tips on how to steer away from competition or how to get some good locations with this competition?
