microlost Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 i have a snack machine model # 3013a , did a Google search i think its usi brand, so i found the part # for the control board, it shows 4202210 or 4201042, the cheapest one is $328, anyone know a good website that sells cheaper? for $328, i could rent a truck and go switch out the machine with the one in my storage and still have $100 left over, i don't know how much the control board usually cost for the snack machine, but that is just seem too much for a board.
mission vending Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 For USI its about right, very expensive. You can get it repaired, google circuit board repair to find someone near you. I use S Thomas &associates in Dallas.

You might try ebay but I doubt you have the time for that. Note: The "A" series is not the same as the 3013. 3014 and 3015 series which were made by Wittern (USI, FSI) about twenty years ago. The 3013A, 3014A and 3015A have a number of parts not compatible with the non "A" series - unfortunately the control board is one of them. There are companies that will repair the board - but you'd need to ship them your existing board. Usually they'll ship you another one out of their stock and repair yours when they get to it - much like a validator exchange. And yes, Wittern is very proud of their replacement parts. To put it in perspective, VE usually charges about $160 for a rebuilt board
AZVendor Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 If you can post a full photo of your board I will see if the one I have is correct for your machine. I have a SMIII board on the shelf and the exchange price is $159 plus shipping plus your good, repairable board back to me. What problem are you having with your board?
sphincorp Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 send it out and have it repaired, there are several that i know of, where are you?
microlost Posted June 28, 2013 Author Posted June 28, 2013 i am in oregon, i might have to call the local repair shop see if they have one, the board is messed up, i swith it on, the the display shows some @*+@@@... then went blank, and none of the buttons work, not even the service button Sent from my SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 4 Beta and i already try ebay, nothing there Sent from my SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
