CajunCandy Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 These guys are in my neighborhood. I actually watch these guys! They can be funny at times! I fell in love with fast car's way back in the late sixty's. It seems everybody had a SS chevelle, Buick Gran Sport GS, GTO, Hemi Cuda!, mustang fastback! I myself have a 93 coupe with a stroked 351 to 427. I love it! It is like a drug, more, more, more! I have it parked for right now, not wanting to spend no money on it! mike
Lake Cities Vending Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 My first car was a 1957 Chevy. I think we paid $275.00 for it. I paid half and had to pay my dad back the other half.
ruff84 Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Bought a 70 chevelle ss with a 396 in it when I turned 16 (12 years ago) Then sold it and later bought a 72 ford Mach 1 recently sold it. Been kicking myself for getting rid of the chevelle ever since. Don't really care for the fast and loud show or the characters they try and portray. If they just showed the cars and left off those 2 Guys I would watch it.
Lake Cities Vending Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 They don't seem to do to much to the cars either, Maybe wash them, new tires & wheels and maybe a tuneup. Growing up I had a 57 Chevy, 69 Challenger and a GTO. WIsh I still had them.

Growing up I had a 57 Chevy, 69 Challenger and a GTO. WIsh I still had them. The "Goat" would have been the keeper - undisputed king of the muscle cars. I had a 351 Cleveland Cougar with the racing clutch - impossible not to burn rubber in that thing. By the time I got that, anybody who had a GTO would not let it go for any price I could handle.
