Agapevending Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Yesterday i was at one of our local stores with my wife and son. My son asked for a couple quarter to get something out the rack that is their. Upon walking up to them I noticed one machine on the rack had paper sgin on it. that said out of service. This was very obivous sense the coin mech. was laying on the floor. If were mine i would have had it fixed pretty quick.
sherlock Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 You can't fix what you don't know is broken. The mech may have broken an hour before you got there or a month before you got there. Makes no difference if the vendor isn't informed and has not serviced since the thing fell off. I have very few locations that actually call me when something like this happens. If they don't call, the equipment will sit out-of-order until I service again.

I also dislike the whole roll of tape they use to affix sign. Wth!

Agapevending Posted July 10, 2013 Author Posted July 10, 2013 I know i can't fix it. I have machines that do it too. I just wish they would call and not let it sit. I hate going in a finding out it's broke and no money. Oh well not much we can do a bout it. that's business.
