That is a Vendo V407 (very small picture but the L-handle gave it away).  If this machine has black plastic rotors at the bottom of each column then it would be a good machine to have.  If no plastic rotors then it is a lowering-shelf machine and will be problematic and unreliable and you won't want it.  There are no parts available for the lowering shelf vend assemblies and they are impossible to adjust if they don't drop cans properly.  Probably $3-400 tops, as is and less if no validator, which I couldn't see in the picture.

I had a 407 but it was a Dr. Pepper special so it didn't look like this one.  The 407 was a very reliable machine but it was only single priced - these are pretty much making their way into man caves these days.  They do make a good place to keep your beer - $300 is about right if it's working.

I have a Vendo 345 that is old as dirt, the inner door closes off the refrigerated section and is locked in place with a slide arm, it enable you to take money and service coin mech. This is the next machine I will replace with a newer model, when it comes into my possession. This machine came out of storage unit,  And yes I had to cut face to install DBA.

No, the photo of the motor indicates that the machine has lowering shelves and you may have problems with it vending cans either now or in the future.  If one column won't properly drop cans in a lowering shelf machine, your only choice is to never use that column again.  You can change any one of the columns over to a 16 oz water bottle but that would then be sold at the same price as soda (not usually a problem) and would be the only thing you could use that column for.

If you keep looking you will find a better choice of machine than this one is.
