caserri Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 As some of you may know, we have a support ticketing system here that allows members to contact us through their client area. Please be aware of the following if you use the support ticket system... When staff answers your question, and you give no response, the system will automatically generate an email reminder to you that says "since we haven't heard from you this ticket will be considered closed", or something to that effect. Unless you have more to say, there is no need to reply to that email. If you do, you will re-open the ticket and 24 hours later you will get another email, just like the first. It will turn into a never ending email cycle. To prevent this, simply ignore the email that says we haven't heard back from you and the ticket will auto-close.
