AngryChris
So a customer calls up and says and is a bit upset with an account. He says that there are a few items that are about to expire and there are also a few selections that are sold out. I apologize to him and explain that the location isn't doing very well. He lets me know that he'll call another vendor if the service doesn't get better. I arrive to the location to see 3 selections sold out (AP-7000) and 2 items that are ABOUT to expire. He demands that I come more often (I service this location every week because it's on route to another location). Instead of arguing with him, I just apologize and tell him I will try to do better. The location did about $45 in 2 weeks. I have been feeling as though I was doing this location a favor since they cut employees and may go out of business soon. But hey, if you are going to imply that I should fill the machines completely full one week, completely remove everything a few weeks later, and repeat this process over and over again so you can admire the beauty of a fully stocked machine, then by all means... find another vendor and let him deal with you! I wont' be missing much!

If I wanted to, I could light this thing up like a Christmas tree. It wouldn't even cost much.
Technivend
All business isn't good business. There comes a time when you have to fire a customer and this sound like the time. Politely explain to him that his sales do not warrant such a machine and service more then once a week. If he doesn't understand agree to part ways. bcron
Isn't it great sometimes? How about when a customer really, really, really wants giner ale, not ANY ginger ale, but a specific ginger ale. You spend two weeks tracking down where it to get it reasonably, having to special order it which takes more time. Then you place it in the machine to make him happy and a week later he lets you know (happily) that he's found another job and moving to Florida!!! GRRRRRR! (Guess who got to drink the ginger ale)
Walta
I don’t know this guys problems. But being the captain of a sinking ship is no fun. How many weeks would you go without drawing a pay check before you would lay off a dozen hard working people? Generally people end up putting there saving in to make payroll. If he gets more bad news who can he vent his frustrations on? His wife left him. The dog hides under the bed when he comes home. I say smile and take it a few times. If he makes you his whipping boy, find your equipment a new home. Walta

tc vending
The accounts that complain the most are the ones that are not profitable to be there. I then make it a point to show up with a truck to pickup there machines asap!!!
