TKK
Thinking of changing. I know for me lss chips are my best sellers. I just sell tye fiesta mix and flamming hot mix. All for $1. I have some Mexican ones that I sell for $1.25 and I get for .34c. My single spiral machines dont always like these. So either I change all my machines to dual spiral which I have in my garage, or I go to smaller chips which should profit greater since they are. 24c I could sell for. 75-.85. What sucks is they dont have smaller bags, I wish there was a flaming hot mix of small bags. Im afraid my sales Would drop w boring lays, Doritos, cheetos, and small hot cheetos. But my spirals would Love them
Vending How Chris
Instead of lowering your product selection, you could invest in an AP snack machine or something that will take larger spirals. Speaking from experience, customers get ornery when they don't have hot cheetos :-)

So instead of holding 12 bags you would now hold 10 in that row. All the manufacturers and parts dealers should be able to get them for you. TKK
I have aps, cranes and usis. But some of the spirals are 10 count and they still sometimes jam. These bags are fat

These bags are fat turn the bag upside down to let product fall to the top of the bag and hold product there and turn bag upright while holding the product to place bag in spiral , when you let go of bag the product drops and works without crushing chips. CajunCandy
I do it, the ones I have problems w are the ones w a ton of air like munchies For those I just use a spiral with a larger gap and I'm able to fill up the row, instead of 15 bags, I'm putting just 12 bags. The same with the BBQ Pork Rinds I sell, lots of air in bag, so I must use the correct spiral for these. Some thing like bugles or cheez-its, lays classic, I use the smallest gap spirals. mike
