The tailgate parties were featuring Jambalaya and Gumbo until we found out that Coach O, out of Larose, La., actually preferred In-n-Out Burgers (a culinary institution here) so now the In-n-Out truck shows up for every game. Named interim coach after the unceremonious canning of Lane Kiffen, Coach O is the People's choice for permanent head coach.
