SkydiverBC
This drink machine is for sale on Kijiji. The guy selling states "I know a lot about them so can tell you everything you want to know!" He does not, however, know the model, age, brand (he states its a Naroco). I am hoping to look at it tomorrow, but was hoping to review/print off some programming instructions. Does anyone know what it is exactly? Thanks
AZVendor
This is a Vendo Vmax 840 (79") with a vandal resistant door. Pretty funny that the seller states he can "tell you everything you want to know" but he doesn't even know what the machine is to begin with. I would not believe too much of what he says after that incorrect comment. It's a very good machine if you need one that tall. It's four cans or two bottles deep and is ten selections of narrow columns.

SkydiverBC
Will it vend 24oz bottles? I only see 20oz listed in the manual. I thought the v-max 840 could do 24oz. Thanks for your help!! All these machines look very similar and google image searches were getting me nowhere.
AZVendor
Yes, you can do 24 oz bottles as one bottle deep. You will set the motor cam to one notch and set your gauge bar to the far left position with two white clips (normally for cans) for support of the long bottle. Set your rear depth by moving the spacer forward or backward to a point that will leave one finger of space between the butt of the bottle and the front of the column. Make sure the rear spacer is set in the same holes top and bottom, right and left.
orsd
maybe lower mainland has better deals? i dont know what the ferries charge for trucks from vancouver to nanaimo though. anyway there's probably refurbishers in lower mainland that sell good, refurbished machines with a warranty for around a grand or so.
