After unplugging/ resetting the machine , all will be fine. I did replace the prom this last service to a 381.41. Will this help, or am i to look for something else. thanx in advance for help. AZVendor
Why did you replace the eprom, or did you replace the entire logic board to see if that fixed it? If your problem is gone then it might have been in the board. When the entire machine gives a "sold out" or "try another selection" then some things you should always check include turning the machine off and removing then replacing all logic board connections in case one is loose or slightly corroded, then inspect the motor and sold out switch wiring at the left corner of the motor cover to ensure none of the wires are damaged. There is a common wire to all the sold out switches and if it is damaged, cut, or chafed to where it has an intermittent open in the wire or a bare spot grounds out, you could then get all the columns showing sold out, which is the equivalent of "try another." AZVendor
Sphincorp, I meant for you to look on the left side of the motor cover where the wires to the motors and sold out switches lead back to the door.
